PKR300 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PKR300 website, downloading the PKR300 app, creating an account, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of PKR300, including visitors browsing the site, registered account holders, and anyone interacting with any PKR300 service. They apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, or conditions displayed for individual games, promotions, or features within the platform.

PKR300 reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. 2. Eligibility & Registration

PKR300 is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, access any games, place bets, or use any service offered by PKR300. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. PKR300 may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to restrict or close accounts where age cannot be verified.

2.1 Who Can Register

To register an account on PKR300, you must:

• Not already hold an active or previously closed PKR300 account.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a PKR300 employee.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all such accounts will be suspended, any bonuses forfeited, and winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be voided. PKR300 uses technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate registrations.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, a valid contact number, and accurate payment details when registering. Providing false information during registration or at any later point is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance. PKR300 may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.

3. Your Account

Your PKR300 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You should never share your password with anyone, including PKR300 support staff — our team will never ask you for your password.

3.1 Account Verification

PKR300 may ask you to verify your identity at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method confirmation. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in your account being restricted until verification is complete.

3.2 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting PKR300 support. Before closing, any pending bets will be settled normally and any eligible balance will be paid out. PKR300 may also close or suspend accounts at its discretion for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or other legitimate operational reasons.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not had any login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. PKR300 will attempt to notify you before any administrative fee is applied to an inactive account. Details of the inactive account policy are available through support on request.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on PKR300 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, bank cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page. No foreign currency conversion is applied — your account balance is always displayed and transacted in PKR.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by PKR300, although your chosen payment provider may have its own daily or transaction limits.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa reflect in your PKR300 account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from your mobile wallet. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on the processing time of your bank. PKR300 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Failed or Incomplete Deposits

If a deposit is initiated but does not reflect in your balance within a reasonable period, do not attempt the same transaction again before contacting PKR300 support. Our team can trace the payment reference and resolve discrepancies. PKR300 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This helps maintain payment integrity and reduces the risk of fraud. PKR300 processes withdrawal requests promptly; actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing time.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified with any requested identity documentation.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Your withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in your account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is always stated clearly before you claim a bonus. 6.2 Bonus Expiry

7. Sports Betting Rules

PKR300's sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series, and Test matches — as well as football, esports, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

7.1 Bet Placement

Bets are only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference in your account. A bet placed during a system error or connectivity issue that does not generate a confirmation reference is not considered a valid bet and will not be settled. Always verify your bet slip before submitting, as confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once placed.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time during matches including live cricket, PSL games, and other ongoing events. PKR300 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets temporarily during key moments — such as a cricket wicket falling or a goal being scored — while odds are recalculated. Any bets placed during a suspended market will be voided.

7.3 Void Bets and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned before the standard completion point, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market was settled before the abandonment. PSL matches or international cricket fixtures that are interrupted by weather or other factors will be handled according to the official result issued by the relevant cricket board.

7.4 Maximum Payout

PKR300 imposes maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are visible in the bet placement interface. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout cap will be reduced to that cap. This applies to all sports and all market types including single bets, accumulators, and in-play wagers.

7.5 Obvious Errors in Odds

If odds are published due to a technical error at a price that is clearly incorrect — for example, a market priced at a fraction of the correct value — PKR300 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to affected accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

8. Casino & Games

PKR300 offers live casino games, slot games, fish shooting games, and other electronic gaming products. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. The following general terms apply across all casino and game products.

8.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on PKR300 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by real dealers operating through live video stream. Game results are final once the round is completed. PKR300 does not manipulate game outcomes and all games operate within their stated Return to Player (RTP) ranges.

8.2 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection drops during a game round, the round will be completed automatically using the RNG system. Upon reconnecting, you can view the result in your game history. PKR300 is not responsible for disruptions caused by your internet connection, device, or local network.

PKR300 will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication claiming to be from PKR300 and asking for such information should be treated as suspicious and reported to our support team.

11. Responsible Gaming

PKR300 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity arising from:

• Planned or unplanned platform maintenance or downtime.
• Internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or telecommunications failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

In all cases, PKR300's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these terms limits PKR300's liability for fraud or for any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

PKR300 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PKR300 will notify registered users through an in-app notification, email, or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of PKR300 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

PKR300 may also add, modify, or remove specific game rules, promotion terms, payment method options, or other platform features without notice, provided that such changes do not materially alter the fundamental terms governing your account and funds.
